1. RPI time is not in sync with local time [ UTC time in sBitx app is fine ] , the local timezone, locale etc is correct in Rpi-Configuration
2. Not seen max power of 20w in either SSB/FT8 so far in any band.
3. In FT8, i dont see any reception i make in psk reporter, is there any setting to be activated as in Sbitx config files ? I am able to see tx spots going everywhere. Though i did have few confirmed QSO's occasionally?
4. Most of the time SWR is 1?
5. high amount of? noise in the bands , is this due to DC regulator board used ? is there a way to do DNR ?

I quit I stop at sBITX Apps2.1 and wait for an eventual image with full sbitx on 64bit and apps 2.2 or next thanks for the time wasted with me

I assume that you followed the instructions from the documentation. I apologize as I forgot to update that part of the documentation for the 64bit version and it appears that you installed the 32bit version. I have to maintain two versions of these apps and it can get confusing or things may be missed. I have since corrected the documentation.

To fix your install,? delete the sBITX-toolbox folder and type this from terminal.

cd $HOME

git clone https://github.com/drexjj/sBITX-toolbox64.git

cd sBITX-toolbox64

chmod +x *.sh

?

./installer.sh

I've released the USB Headset Controller App as part of the sBITX Toolbox including instructions. This is for the 64bit version only at this time. Instructions are in the guide at??

If you are using my 64bit build with Toolbox preinstalled, then you can make a copy of your data folder and temporarily place it on the desktop. Run the uninstaller from the aBITX-toolbox folder. Install the new version from the GitHub page, then copy your data folder back to the sBITX-toolbox folder.

So here is what I wound up doing that significantly increased my output power on my sBitx V3.? That is without having to move the volume slider up each and every time I transmitted.

I backed up the default_hw_settings.ini and copied the hw_settings_v3.ini over them.? Of course, I did an ls -ltr every step of the way to check for mistakes. Then I did a quick reboot.

cd /home/pi/sbitx/data
ls -ltr
mv default_hw_settings.ini default_hw_settings.bak
ls -ltr
cp hw_settings_v3.ini default_hw_settings.ini
ls -ltr
shutdown now -r

The power increases seem to be reasonable but, I haven't checked every mode on every band yet.

A nanoVNA in 2 port mode would be the ideal tool to plot the response of your filter,
less tedious than using a signal generator and a scope.

The nanoVNA is designed for a 50 ohm environment, so can be connected
directly to your L networks on input and output.

Injecting a signal at TP13 sounds good, the amp at Q11,12,13 should drive the filter
with a proper 50 ohm source impedance if it was built as per the uBitx schematics.

A filter using the third harmonic of the quartz crystal should work.

There's a lot going on in the mixer at? T3,4 so I'd probably cut the trace to the mixer
and put a 50 ohm resistor across the unstuffed C210.

Then sweep the oscillator into TP13 across the 45mhz passband and record the AC voltage
seen across C210 at each step of frequency somehow.? Just a scope would work.

If C212 and C214 are variable, then try adjusting them for a better response curve, keeping
both caps at about the same setting.

Since you don't have a datasheet for the ebay filter, and since the ebay filter might be a cheap fake anyway,
you may need to try several different values for the inductors at L5 and L7, keeping them them equal.
If you don't have a datasheet, the best you can do is try various cap and coil values
and see what works best.

Having everything pluggable and having variable caps in the circuit would add stray capacitance
and inductance.? You may get better results with the high impedance nodes around the filter module
kept tight and clean, only socket things where the impedance is down at 50 ohms.

RF design can look simple going in, it's just a handful of parts.
But understanding how it should work and getting things to work properly can take months.
