Re: Raduino as NBFM TX
The etherkit and si5351bx routines leave the pll/vco where it's at, and only change the output multisynth fractional divider. The effect is instantaneous. And while I believe the waveform has no first

Re: Raduino as NBFM TX
Hi Farhan Great project! I am surprised that it works, though! I thought the PLL settling time of the Si5351A would be too slow to allow NBFM by applying FM to the reference crystal. I once tried very

Re: BITX QSO Night, Sunday, October 29, 7pm Local Time, 7277 kHz in North America, 7177 kHz elsewhere
Yes that's correct, recalibration is required in this release. The VFO calibration method has changed. From v1.26 we use multiplicative correction (multiply by a ppm factor) rather than additive

Hello everybody. In order to start editing my Bitx40, I take stock of the components I miss. As I chose to modify the code of Raduino, with the version of Allard PE1NWL, I read and translated in

I wonder: has anyone here used DHL and NOT been charged for Customs? Might be a case for removal from hfsigs site. Is there an alternative available from/at that location? India Post is reliable, and

DHL works fine for shipping into the US. ?Other countries, it can nearly double the price of your Bitx40. I would have gladly paid $10 to avoid the 2 month grand tour of the USPS that my package

Re: ?Raduino v1.26 (eliminate carrier burst, improved calibration method) released
Allard's code does not yet drive the bfo from the si5351. He's been careful to minimize the hardware hacks required to use his code. Hacking the bfo like that is a relatively major change. The current

I wonder why people still continue to use DHL when it has been said here so many time what they do. Just ban them from any of your purchases. Regards Lawrence Djwilcox01@...> wrote:

Re: ?Raduino v1.26 (eliminate carrier burst, improved calibration method) released
Have not used the Raduino yet so have not kept up with the advances with programming/software/sketches. Is it not being used for the BFO as well? Tnx

Re: BITX QSO Night, Sunday, October 29, 7pm Local Time, 7277 kHz in North America, 7177 kHz elsewhere
I've been fiddling with my Bitx40 this week. I made the LPF pluggable, compatible with QRP Labs filters, so that it's easy to change the LPF out on for another band. I have the stuff to do the BPF

Hi Al, I found the same thing. I had to change my LSB calibration from - 230 to 50ppm. My USB also changed from 2460 to 2564 Hz but it may have been off before as I don't use USB. I guess CQ WW wore
