Firmware options for the current uBitx v6 with the 2.8" tft display #ili9341

 

I received the new uBitx v6 earlier this week and have been enjoying the new toy. Nice little radio Ashhar and HFSignals.
I started looking at the suggested mods/updates and began work on the AGC one right away. Once of the suggestions was to use the K8CEC firmware because of it's various improvements however is seems to only support 16 x 2, 20 x 4 character lcds and the Nextion, and this seems to be the case for all other forks except for TNTs which was written for the Teensy 4.1 along with their replacement Raduino.

Is that the case??
Has anyone started a fork of K8CEC's code to support the ili9341 display chip set?
