I started the HBTE group several years ago because a couple of test equipment projects were taking over all the BITX20 group bandwidth. Activity on HTBE has not been as high as anticipated but it has been
a meeting place for several projects and a place for discussion and
troubleshooting of several homebrew test equipment designs.
At inception I ask for volunteer moderators, so now the group is
managed by one of those volunteers.? Same situation with the
