Since the AUDIO connector is still the same and not used, I believe that you can. You would have to modify the DIGITAL connector to tap off the PTT signal, or to move the encoder connection to go through this board.?
I would just make an adapter from the 4 pin mic connector to a 3.5mm plug. ?This is what I did for my original builds.?
