Once in a while I have called cq on 7277 or 7177khz. Have tried it on 14.277.?
Over field day I worked the one of our V3 uBITX' for about 3.5 hrs and made 33 phone contacts. 5 on 80, 11 on 40, 11 on 20 and 6 on 15. Almost all of them were on the extra portion of the band as it reduced competition.? My wife got 45 or contacts on ft8 on the same machine.?
