Then open the Arduino IDE GUI development environment and use File --> Load the filename and when you get it into the arduino IDE screen it will allow you to view the source code and text etc but when you have the usb connected to the transceiver nano comm port it compiles it and uploads it to the nano then transfers control to the nano if the bootloader is there.
