my meter on my nextion 3.2 display does that sticky thing sometimes. it did it before i installed the KP AGC board, using the chip-socket mod on the uBitx website, so i think it's just a nextion thing.
I was able to get good levels to calibrate the S meter before i switched to the nextion also, i remember once i switched from the stock LCD it appeared to go a bit lazy. I was using CEC firmware on the stock LCD for a good while, and i never remember it sticking - ok the s-meter was tiny on the 16x2, so i guess i could have missed it sticking to be fair.
