thanks for all the input, guys!!! ? i love this group! ?guess i may have to try the lm385 op amp. tried using lots of different values in the memory manager for the s-meter adjustment. ?i did use the "S" firmware, assuming that the "S" referred to the s-meter addition. ?will try the other firmware, only takes a few minutes to do. ?will report on the results. thanks again!
