If this isn't sold I am in the market for a ubitx or a bitx 40. I have wanted one for years and finally landed a job. I get paid weekly so every Friday, so I would like to buy one asap.

Now In my opinion I was offering you what it was worth in its current condition, as others have also stated. That being said the offer is there if you decide to accept it. I love a good project and was looking forward to putting the time into fix it. I have been working on a variety of projects for my webshop and thought it might have been a good investment in its current shape.
