You could even use relays on the board so the RF lines are short and wire over to a 6 position, 8 position....whatever, for selection. Wait for the dust to settle on how to mux it to some number of lines from the Raduino and in the meantime watch where you have the switch set. You can get the LPFs from Hans, roll your own, experiment, etc. Even use the same LPF components from your uBITX.
