I looked the board over closely and did not see a WX anywhere. Written in ink beneath the audio connector is U6666/3. I don¡¯t know if that is the serial number or not. Aggravating because I never got the first signal. Was headed to 10 MHz when it quit.
Will try to do some trouble shooting.

Just finished putting together uBitx in the Amateur radio kits case.
Turned it on and tuned, heard lots of squeals. After about two minutes
of looking for a signal with minimum antenna the audio quit and cannot
get a sound out of it at all. Any ideas? seems like the tuning and
setup still works.
