I found a hardware problem...mmm
The mini USB on the Raduino shows one pin bent back inside the casing.
Tried to salvage it with a dentist pick....
No joy.
Now I am salvaging a mini USB female plug from an old camera.
Some SMD soldering is in my future.
Otherwise a new Raduino...

I did my first upload maybe a week ago and had similar issues getting going, but it works great now!
