The delivered nano board is a chinese clone of the USB serial FTDi chip , I had to update with the right driver found here
I followed instruction in Wiki to install Si5351 libraries, but the latest lib is not compatible with the control_lcd_45mhz_wtl_v12.ino file I got from Farhan !
I found an old lib on file section and to compile without errors. Now the raduino works ! I think it need to be fixe in future ???
Now I can continue the project :-)
