The TFT/VFO will depend somewhat on the size of the display you use. I can't find the current draw right now, but I thought it was 180mA for the 2.8" display. I'll keep looking. could we have a look at the current draw of the TFT? I haven't
commissioned my VFO/TFT for the BITX40 yet but the current
draw on the Antenna Analyser, which I think uses the same
TFT,? is around 300 mA, which would be less than desirable for
battery use in the field. Maybe introduce some means of
winding down the backlight on the TFT?
