If you are asking about a "TUNE" button. I haven't done this myself, and couldn't give you good instructions right now. This is an CW modification where we don't care to use it for operating CW, but just for making a loud tone for a watt meter and SWR measurements. And adjusting the antenna tuner. This is a medium level hack, but would be very useful for all levels of operators. I have made a new dipole with with low SWR across most of the band, and use the tablet tone generator just for the watt meter when testing my output. But I would also like to know how for the future. ?

Jerry Gafke is more than qualified to explain how to implement a simple "TUNE" button. And explain it for anyone to follow in a User Manual kind of way.
In the meantime, look at the comments in the Raduino code, it tells you how to implement CW. And you'll be that much further ahead if Jerry explains how to do the code part of the hack.
