congrats for your license and I wish you a lot of fun with your BITX40, when it arrives.
The original source code is indeed found in the GitHub repository you mentioned. Some people in this group already started to make changes to the script and these were discussed in the messages. At the moment it's not easy to find all these things because of the amount of messages in this group and not having a wiki which would made it easier for someone joining this group.
