Well, I requested but got no answer earlier. Then I requested again when the announcement of ending came out and they did reply. However, they told me I had to use a Pay Pal account to order. I do not have a Pay Pal account but did try to use the 'pay with Credit Card' function. The only option there is to buy the whole Radio kit with Raduino but no Raudino upgrade option. That did not work. I do not want to open a Pay Pal account just to upgrade. I did not need it to buy my original BITX 40 kit.
So I guess I will have to go with QRP Labs DDS. Disappointed!
