I had a problem with mine and made contact with support.
They were a little slow to reply, but once They took interest in my problem I was promised a replacement component that I was able to diagnose and locate.

That replacement never came…..fortunately I had one on hand.
I’ve sent follow up messages but they have not replied.

My call to them and experience was more of a confirmation that the support is seemingly here in the group and not so much on the other end of the email at the manufacturer.

Maybe full device replacements are the priority, but my failure wasn’t taken resolved with help of the warranty.
