I figured out the low power. If I transmit at a low tone, say 200 Hz, the power is about half of what I see at higher tones.
Next - time. My JTDX reported DTs are all .5 to 1. I repeatedly tried syncing the time with the Toolbox app to the internet which reports success, then syncing HW to system again with success,? but I didn't see any change in DTs. FT8 apps on other systems on this home net are time accurate so I don't think it's the WiFi.
Any hints?
