Hi John: The 3rd edition appeared on April 4 and it had the errors in it. (The August date was a typo I made in a post and not part of the book.) We quickly went through the book and corrected the errors. Many of them were small errors that would not detract from the reading (e.g., my name was printed "jack", the period was missing after the Figure number: Figure 12-1 instead of Figure 12-1.) We corrected those errors and the corrected version was printed on April 18. However, we told people not to buy it until we had reviewed it again to make sure something wasn't printed incorrectly, which we finished today. That's why I sent out the notice today, because we had reviewed it. While I mentioned that two errors remain, we don't think these are serious enough to keep it off the market. We posted the error log on the SCHR Web site. We will add to it if necessary, if you ordered the book on or after April 18, you have the corrected version. If questions remain, let me know. Is this book a "corrected" edition?? I am a bit confused.? From one thread, I thought that the revised edition would be available in August.? Other post seemed to be saying:? "I got the book and its great." I was confused, but ordered the book anyway because it was a great discovery in my?opinion.? I am interested in this area of radio.? So, I have the book!? Is there a change page or errata somewhere that list all the corrections and changes? A errata page could be updated as needed and owners of this fine book could reference the page and make note of any updates.? Even if my edition is not the revised edition, I could make the changes and corrections as needed.? Thank you for considering my question. John Novak KK4QYM?
