Jack - Looks like the schematic KE8KYP drew up has some issues. VCC should go to Pin 8 of the ATTiny85, and Ground should go to pin 4 of the ATTiny85.
SCL goes to Pin 7, and SDA goes to Pin 5 of the ATTiny85.
Refer to Sheet 2 of the sbitxv2_circuit.pdf file on the sbitx github for the schematic / wiring to the ATTiny85.
