The post the link points to was for the original sbitx DE V1, not the V2.? This was an early attempt to solve a similar issue with the DE versions resulting from hardware issues.? This attempt did not work and was replaced with the T/R board and PA mods supplied to all DE owners.? All of the T/R hardware mods were done in the V2 boards.? It is one of the mods that distinguishes a DE from a V2.
If you have a V2, do not make this mod, even if you could find the board locations to make the changes.
I wish that the posts on the webpage were at least dated, if not edited, to state if they no longer apply.? or if they are for a specific version.? It is good to preserve history as long as it is noted when it no longer applies.
