When connected the net the OS time updates itself. When
disconnected from the net
then only sBitx keeps it clock updated. That should be OK!

That is how the sbitx works. It doesnt set or reset
the opersting system time.

pi is not maintaining time when powered off and not
connected to the internet but utc is correct.
