CAREFUL!
Most if not all, want that feature turned off as it uses too many
resources. Remember, repeaters are personally owned and have the
right to limit usage.
Check the stats of each repeater, as I have yet to see one that
will allow that.

My hotspots use BM3104 as the master. Radio is set to use TG
310999, current channel, current timeslot. Radio SMS format is
set to Motorola. In Self-care radio type is set to Motorola.
Hotspot shows DMR Data being sent to the Master, but the Master
is not passing on the data to APRS-IS.
