Hello All,

I have a ATU-10 that was pruchased on Aliexpress. But when I got it the unit would not start or charge. When i disconnect the batteries and have the USB connected all works fine.?

Just as a side note the seller on Aliexpress did send me a new unit that worked fine.

But I would like to fix the 1st unit as i am sure it is something simple.

?

Any ideas on what i should be checking etc? Any help is much appreciated.

Could just be that the batteries are bad. Did you check the voltage on the batteries?
