Re: coil /torroid winding data
After watching dozen or so videos, I found a problem with every one of them. With the 3 sub 1uH toroids, people show test fixures and telling you doing calibration on allegator clips is OK, is

testing ferrite cores
i have about a dozen cores from a collins radio amplifier pcb,is there a way to check there suitability for hf baluns/chokes etc,i have a 50mhz scope a 0-450 mhz sig gen and a nanovna.

Re: coil /torroid winding data
How did you measure them? What resonant frequency did you use for each one? Or did you just post the values from the schematic?

ATU1000 Power and SWR displayed without signal injection
HI. I'm Ivan IZ5WRC. I assembled the atu1000 pcb but it doesn't work. Without signal injection the display shows absorbed power and SWR 9.99. These values ??are reset if I bring the RV1 trimmer

Re: AT1000 strange behavior
It looks like "ROS" means the same as SWR!

Re: Programming & compiling from github source code
Wow!!!! Dave, thank-you for this amazing effort. Trying to compile the code was driving me nuts until I found this thread. I tried building with Mikroe's free NECTOstudio, but ran into problems with

Re: bias t
Paul, each inductor has a parameter as DC rating, in mAmps or Amps, it is maximum allowed DC current. What is " 2 Watt inductor" I don't know. I told you before many times, everything from 20 to 200uH

Re: bias t
its the inductor i asked about l2 in the schematic i already posted, here.

Re: bias t
The same as the 5mA resistor and the 10R capacitor. Reads but lacks comprehension.

Re: bias t
Paul, what is this "2 watt inductor"?

Re: bias t
well i picked up 150 1uh 2watt inductors for l2,will that be ok?,only need 2 but i got 150 of them for 6pounds so the price was ok.

Re: AT1000 strange behavior
Hi. Check again all the relays soldering, use a test mode to check relays control. Using manual mode you can see what is happening exactly.

AT1000 strange behavior
I assembled a piece of AT1000 everything seems to work the power is correct the ROS is correct. But on some bands I notice a strange behavior, the tuner instead of choosing the lowest ROS stops at a

Re: no buttons working
ive tried all that except reading the pic,its a job for later as its awkward in the enclosure, its fitted inside an extruded aluminium ebike brushless motor controller so its akin to keyhole

Re: no buttons working
Hi Paul, Lack of RF should not stop the buttons from working. The RF may have corrupted the PIC. Have you tried reprogramming it? - Test to see if all the buttons work as expected before sending any
