Paul, each inductor has a parameter as DC rating, in mAmps or Amps, it is maximum allowed DC current.
What is " 2 Watt inductor" I don't know.
I told you before many times, everything from 20 to 200uH will work for you .
I gave you ready to use simple solution how to build appropriate inductor.
But now I have no idea why you can't do that during so many days and weeks.
You have attached very good comprehensive article how to build needed inductor, so you need just follow those recommendations precisely.
I can suggest you also, if you have a core BN43-202 which used in ATU-100, just wind out 4 turns and get what you need, that's enough for QRP .
