Re: Have SMA kit. Possible to add/solder additional SO239 jack to the ¡®out/ant¡¯. #atu-100
Was hoping to confirm both of these vias/pads are the same?? Both are the ANT out center pin?? I want to solder the additional SO239 pin to the empty via that is not in use by the SMA adapter....?

Re: IC-7300 expansion board
Mat¨§j, Don't have an answer for your question, however I use the "Click2Tune" kit from SOTA Beams with an ATU-100 and it works well. The schematic is available online, it is a simple circuit and

Re: IC-7300 expansion board
It looks like a useful thing, and I understand that it's supposed to link the IC-7300 to the ATU-100 so that you can use the "tuner" button on the transceiver. But the schematics for that expansion

Re: Have SMA kit. Possible to add/solder additional SO239 jack to the ¡®out/ant¡¯. #atu-100
Thank you Dave! I didn¡¯t think it would matter, however I didn¡¯t want to mess up the circuit design or performance. ?2 connectors will also avoid using adapters for converting sma to so239. ?I

Re: Have SMA kit. Possible to add/solder additional SO239 jack to the ¡®out/ant¡¯. #atu-100
Yes that would be fine If there is a miss match it will just tune it, I just removed my sma sockets as I am going to put BNC sockets, Dave

Have SMA kit. Possible to add/solder additional SO239 jack to the ¡®out/ant¡¯. #atu-100
Can I just solder an additional SO239 connector to the pcb where the existing sma jack is? This is on the ¡®out/ant¡¯ side. ?I would like to be able to choose between sma and SO239 output jacks to

Re: ATU-100 spares
Previously I think the switch shorted or grounded a resistor. I tried to copy these connections across to the new board but I didn't get the same behavior as before. Maybe a minor revision of circuit
