ATU-100
I am just making absolutely sure from the Schematic.? Am I correct in saying that when the 2N7002 Mosfets are switched on that they supply the different relays with ground to actually switch the

Re: Auto mode
To verify can you temporarily power the ATU100 via a battery and see it it still retunes?

Re: Auto mode
Good idea, but I should have said. The power is via a DC Tap over the coax. all well decoupled and as used on other ATU-100 installations without issues.

Re: Auto mode
I have an ATU-100 in auto mode, remotely mounted with a 4:1 balun for a Doublet.
With 10 watts continuous carrier into the ATU it finds a 1.1:1 match and then about 5 seconds later retunes to the

Re: Diodes
Hi David,
The ATU100 design uses a small capacitor across the relay coil to limit the back EMF.
Many of these simple ATU schematics are very similar (The SGC/Icom/MFJ/LDG/mAT/ATU-100 are 90% the

I changed the display and now the board is working fine. Since, I am missing the two buttons bypass and auto on the PCB, are these buttons needed - if yes, I can pull jumpers from under side

Hi there Puneit!
Good news.
Yes, as you have decided, the first thing to do is to change OLED Display.
Since the relays are switching up and down it's a good indication that the

Try to set the unit to test mode ( press tune bypass an auto, all 3,
simultaneously on power on), check the relay operation.
That will let you confirm firmware an hardware functionality
