I am trying to set up an ATU-10 by modifying the firmware to set the min tuning power to .4 watts, set the Delta SWR to 2.0, and set Auto mode Off.
I have modified the firmware hex file, recalculated the checksum, and saved the new file.

The new hex file has been loaded to the ATU-10 but the changes do not appear to have taken effect.
How can I tell if the new firmware loaded?
Is there a way to change the displayed firmware version to display something like v1.6a?
Does the firmware file name have to stay the same as the original?
