Are the ATU-1000 kit PCBs being offered based on the EU2AV design?

I need a remote 1KW tuner and thought a ATU-1000 kit may be a solution. ?I have two ATU-100 N7DDC tuners that work great in Automode.

Thought I would buy a Pickit 5 since it is the latest offering. ?Have never programmed an IC before but eager to learn.
