I also suggest this YouTube video ? which explains winding of the toroids and the air inductors, and a way to use a piece of coax on each side of the binocular core.? The inductance part of the video starts around 5:15.

The binocular core gives some challenge to wind by people with only two hands...?
Windings must not overlap! As primary winding I used a piece of RG58, one side of the shield of both parts soldered to ground.
The toroid cores have to be counter clockwise wound to fit to the PCB. The windings spread over 3/4 of circumference.
