Hi all this atu-100 kit arrived today,it has all the smd bits pre soldered,i want to know if its ok to try and read or write too the pic without all the caps and torroids etc fitted,ie just the power and programing header fitted and hooked up to the pickit3,or will it blow something up?,cheers m3vuv 73.
