Hi John
If you have 7.85V to the tuner you will have to increase the voltage to at least 10V I have set mine to 11V
Thanks Dave?

Thanks for the readings Dave.

I have put a switch inline with the positive wire from the battery and then other side of the switch goes to the circuit board.

My volts are;

Switch + (from battery) to Negative - 3.75v
ATU board (with switch on/USB off) 7.85v (measured at the red wire at the front of the board and the earth point at the read of the board)
ATU board (with switch off/USB on) 7.85v

I think I might have to adjust the pot on the board to bring the voltage down at the ATU board.

The other issue I have is, when the USB is plugged in and on the board comes to life even with the switch off.

Cheers

Hi John
My mistake is that the board takes 0.443ma so less then 0.5 of a ma, with out a load from the output side of the board, so it is still a drain on the battery, but not so bad,
My battery is now reading 4.215V the usb is still plugged in, and it is now taking 230ma at 5.28V from the usb power supply,?
when It started charging it was taking 1amp,
I don't know if it changes led when it is fully charged,
But it is still on the same led,as when I started?
Thanks Dave?

Would anyone have on the bench a pre-built ATU-100 that uses the small circuit board labelled J5019?

I am after the voltages for;

The feed to the main board with the relays on
The feed to the battery when on charge via USB please.?

thanks
