My mistake is that the board takes 0.443ma so less then 0.5 of a ma, with out a load from the output side of the board, so it is still a drain on the battery, but not so bad,
My battery is now reading 4.215V the usb is still plugged in, and it is now taking 230ma at 5.28V from the usb power supply,?
when It started charging it was taking 1amp,
I don't know if it changes led when it is fully charged,
But it is still on the same led,as when I started?
