Re: Latching relays for the ATU-100?

With a latching relay, no power is needed to hold its position, power is only needed to CHANGE its position. With a non-latching relay, power much be applied continuously to hold the relays position. So for low power operation, latching would be best.

Max?

Please enlighten me as to why latching relays are better and what is the difference.
