There are Latching relays that are a 'drop-in' for the existing
non-latching relays, BUT the software would need to be re-written
and the hardware around them would have to be changed to drive
them. Sadly, its a non-starter for most of us . I believe the
ATU-10 already uses latching relays, perhaps an easier route would
be to replace the tuning components in an ATU-10 to accommodate
100w.
