I am using ATU-10 with my homebrew mcHF QRP v0.6.3 which has SWR limiter setting to protect finals. I find that during tuning process actual SWR from ATU presented at mcHF exceeds limiter setting (5:1), and reduces transmission power to 0.5W.
Is there maximum SWR at which ATU switches to next value of capacitor/inductor? Is the any way to control this process, ie. could I force ATU not to exceed SWR 5:1 on the output?
What is the minimum/nominal power needed for ATU10 to operate properly?
