I have an ATU-100 board that I bought pre-assembled,? Worked fine, then suddenly in mid-operation the power supply fuse blew.? I now find that the 12 volt power line is shorted to ground.? I removed the regulator and 5 electrolytics; it's still shorted.? Any ideas?
