Just sent a message to it. Does your instance of 32 have an rf port enabled and in range of an igate or is your internet side enabled for messaging?

Re: updating the software, it was painless thanks.
What "built" should I have?
I am showing, 2020/05/01 21:21. I have been off APRS for a while.

Thanks James.
I certainly want to convey accurate information and not "brag" about the
digi. I don't think it's brag worthy as we dont have access to a real

PHG setting
Good afternoon.
I was setting up a digi based on a RPI and was curious what the standard
is for specifying the antenna gain as part of the PHG. Is it Dbi or Dbd?
Thanks and 73,

Re: best settings using HF VARA
Good morning Rob,
Welcome to HF APRS. On the 30M band we set our Beacons to every 45Min or 60Min. Also the WIDE Path is not used. I am shure others that know more will chime in.
