Radio volume is for Rx.? The TT4 pot is for TX. The RXAMP and Volume Control do the same thing - but it is ALWAYS better to find a fixed output from the radio.? Many radios (well dual bands anyway)

Those look correct.?? Based on the log captures and aprs.fi's raw packet view, it definitely appears that you are having intermittent RF reception (or at least, getting the packets into APRSIS32)

Can you screen capture the port settings of your RF port and your APRS-IS port??? There are checkboxes in those that affect IGate operation.?? You can also view and enable the various IGate(*)
