It¡¯s the MAIL server on APRS. Yes it is two way. Just use Mail in the to section and put @N4EJM(for example) then the message. It¡¯ll tell you if the message was sent to the designated call sign. You can use the SSID if you want but not sure it¡¯s necessary.
