K8JP/V31JP, Joe and N7RD, Ron became SK last weekend.
Both OMs were keen to promoting the art of CW and
have been a A1C member #2299 and #3465 respectively.
I worked Joe from V31 on 40m once and Ron on 20m once.

All other prefectures are confirmed on at least one band.

Also, except for the CW dedicated band, most of them seem to be "ALL MODE radio wave format". For example, at 7030-7040KHz, which is currently shared with narrowband digital mode, SSB will also be available. As a result, CW is likely to be crushed/heavy QRM by interference of other mode.
It's likely to affect the contest:AWT/CWT etc....
