I provide information as follows;
The band plan for amateur will be changed from the following dates according to the regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, JAPAN.

Also, except for the CW dedicated band, most of them seem to be "ALL MODE radio wave format". For example, at 7030-7040KHz, which is currently shared with narrowband digital mode, SSB will also be available. As a result, CW is likely to be crushed/heavy QRM by interference of other mode.
It's likely to affect the contest:AWT/CWT etc....
