Autucorrect! I took the screws out to loosen it from the wall. Cannot figure out how the wires set in it.

I took the access out to loosen it from the wall. I cannot see how the wires are embedded in it.

Does that have screw heads visible if you turn that thing over?? They should be recessed inside holes in the terminal block.
