Each a/c cover that I make is a custom fit cover.? You measure the outside of the a/c and I take the measurements and make a cover to fit your unit.? There is no one size fits all when it comes to covers.? The plastic tube to talk about is part of the c-channel
and yes I sew that part onto the new cover.? I do not sew on the bungee loops at the bottom of the cover, I instead have a strap that wraps around the whole outside of the unit that you tighten that helps keep the cover on.? I can send you an e-mail with a
picture to help show the strap.

Sue, if the covers you make fit a Carrier AC from a 2001 Aliner which has the plastic tube at the top which slides into a channel and bungee loops at the bottom I'd like to get one.
