I agree.? Its coming from your fan.? The water is going down the path for the wire from the fan to the light.
Popping the fan loose and recaulking could it be fairly easy.? They don't have to use the glue from hell to hold thd fan down, so if they used polyurethane or silicone it will come off easily.? But I'm not sure what they used.
Also, since you say its wind driven, water could be coming up underneath the fan lid.? The "lock" knob tends to loosen over time and let's the vent lid loosen.? Tighten the screw in the middle of the lock knob to fix that.? But if that's the problem, that would take one heck of a wind to cause that leak.

Probably the center one, which is the Fantastic Fan.? It likely traveled down the wiring path and into the skylight.? I recalked all three vents and the leak stopped.?
