Thd biggest thing is on brushes and comutator is they are clean.?

Now it gets harder to find.?
Check to see if electric at motor wire is DC.
On some motors I would take wire come out motor and use DC power source. Remove the belt so spins freely.? I used a battery charger for cars and trucks.?
This should if in board or motor.?
