I could see a placeholder image for it, but it wouldn't open, and the preview feature in my email didn't work either. It did download copies of the heic file each time I clicked on it, and saved them.

FWIW...I have a macbook pro...10.15.5...Chrome: Version 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)...and the pic opened up without any decoder needed. Nice table.
